What does a bridal alterations timeline look like with Sweet Francis Sewing Co?
Brides are encouraged to book with Sweet Francis 9-12 month before the wedding to ensure that your wedding date is in the books.
Rush fees may apply to late reservations.
3 months before your wedding date, you'll receive a link to book your first fitting. Alterations will be completed within a 10-12 week window, with your final fitting/pickup appointment scheduled 10-14 days before your wedding date.
A typical turnaround is 2 weeks for formalwear, but during peak season the turnaround time may be 3-4 weeks.
How long do alterations take for non-bridal formalwear?
A deposit is due at initial booking to secure your wedding month. Your alterations total will be split into 2 payments; the first payment will be due at your first appointment, and the final payment will be due before pickup.
